My son, Josh (lead electric) started playing this song and totally forgot to get out of Drop "D" from the previous song. His instructor told him, "No matter what happens, when you begin a performance, do not stop. Press on and do your best." Josh pressed on and did his best to compensate, but was very frustrated with himself. I was proud of him for listening to his instructor. In one of their songs, the drummers frame began to collapse. The instructor and I ran over to hold it up as he kept playing with a smile, not missing a beat.

They also performed "Stars" and "Meant to Live" from Switchfoot, but the battery went dead. Which, in my opinion, were their strongest performances that day. Joshua's fingers literally danced across that electric guitar as he played "Stars."

I see these kids growing, not only in the talent God has give them, but spiritually as they seek to grow in the grace and knowledge of the Lord.
